Izzie looks like she got in a cat fight over the weekend. On Saturday, she walked most of the way home from the High Street and up St Johns Wood Park - a great accomplishment for her two short legs. I should add that the walk was her idea not ours. Half way home, she fell on the pavement. She has a scratch under her nose and another above her pretty, fat lip. Since the fall, she has also put in two scratches by her eye with her fingernails. The fingernails have been trimmed, and hopefully, the rest of her cute little face will heal quickly!
And on a happier note, Izzie stayed in nursery all by herself today. Her teachers said she was "cheerful" and "confident" for the full two hours. When Luke found us after church, he asked Izzie if she had gone to nursery. She said, "Yes." Then, he asked if she had stayed in nursery all by herself. She said proudly, "Yes." She's such a good girl!

i would say poor thing but i know she is a tough little girl she is adorable even with all the scrapes
The battle scars of being a child. She is still adorable and I love that she knows that she is "such a good girl." Don't stop telling the funny stories about your girls. I love hearing them.
We substituted in nursery yesterday. What a disaster. I wish I had known ahead of time that we were going to be the only ones there with 16 children. The kids are usually just allowed to play the whole time. No structure, no lesson, etc. Anyway, we tried to add structure and it wasn't very successful since they aren't used to sitting still at all. Anyway...
Poor little Izzie with her adventure scars. Good thing they heal fast. Glad she had a good time in nursery.
Her face looks so sad. Luckily babies seem to heal quickly.
